ISSUE 1: TalentConnect is not working for any of the following reasons:

a. “Next” and “Previous” buttons do not work.

b. I-9 required fields do not change from red to black when I complete them.

Solution:

TalentConnect supports the following browsers: Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer. Talent connect does not currently support Microsoft Edge or Safari. TalentConnect only works on Windows or Mac computers. It does not work on phones, tablets, or other operating systems.

Please try logging out of TalentConnect, and then open a different approved browser from the one you are currently using (i.e. If you are using Firefox, try switching to Chrome).

ISSUE 2: I’m Trying To Register For TalentConnect, And I Am Getting The Following Error: “One Or More Fields Do Not Match Your Employee Record.

Solution:

Make sure that you are using the same email address that was originally provided to your employer. This is the email address where you received the “Welcome to "Your Company!” email from TalentConnect@hrwebsupport.com. If you would like to change the email address used with TalentConnect, please complete the Contact Form below, and be sure to include your new email address. If you have confirmed that you are using the correct email address, and have verified all of the other information is correct, then please complete the Contact Form below.

ISSUE 3: When I Try To Register, The Social Security Number Field Is Pre-Filled With Dots.

Solution:

These dots are just a "mask" so that no one can see your SS# when you enter it. You can still click in the field and type your SS#.

ISSUE 4: When Trying To Log In, I Get An Error: ‘The User You Are Attempting To Login As, Cannot Be Verified'.

Solution:

When you created your user name or password, did you use upper case letters? Our system is case sensitive to both usernames and passwords.

ISSUE 5: I’ve Made An Error On One Or More Of My Forms, And TalentConnect Will Not Allow Me To Fix It.

Solution:

On certain State Forms, TalentConnect will not allow you to make changes. If you have not yet completed your New Hire forms, you will need to complete and submit the form(s), then re-visit this page and open a support ticket requesting to have the specific form(s) Force Resubmitted. Someone will do so and then get in touch to let you know that you may log back in and re-complete the form(s). If you are an active employee and have already completed your New Hire Paperwork, please notify your manager that you need to update your form(s).
